1 General Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between users of the takabat11 platform (website and mobile app) and the company operating takabat11. By accessing takabat11 or using any of its services, these Terms automatically apply to you.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

Takabat11 supports a range of payment methods including Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, and bank cards. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

4.1 Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• To withdraw bonus-derived balance, the applicable wagering requirements must be met.

5 Betting Rules

• For disputes involving bets affected by internet connectivity issues during live betting, the official match result is final.

5.2 Prohibited Betting Behaviour

• Placing bets in collusion with those involved in match-fixing or illegally influencing match outcomes.
• Placing bets using bots or automated software.
• Using multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
• Arbitrage betting or any betting strategy designed to exploit or cause losses to takabat11.

5.3 Odds & Results

Odds on takabat11 are subject to change at any time. The odds at the moment a bet is confirmed are final. Internationally recognised statistical sources are used to determine results.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses and promotional offers on takabat11 come with their own terms and conditions. In addition to the general bonus terms, the specific conditions of each individual bonus will also apply.

6.1 Welcome Bonus

• The Welcome Bonus is for new members only — available once per person, household, device, or IP address.
• A minimum deposit is required to qualify for a bonus.
